2. Orders & Pricing
- All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
- In the event of a pricing or system display error, SmartChoicea reserves the right to cancel or reconfirm affected orders.
- Prices listed are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must ensure accurate contact numbers (01901-371500) and shipping address details during checkout to prevent delivery failures.
4. Payment Options
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and digital payment channels as displayed at checkout.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are expected to pay the total invoice amount upon delivery.
5. Product Returns & Warranty
- Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 24–48 hours of receipt via email (smartchoicea@gmail.com) or phone.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
- Warranty covers structural or electronic manufacturing flaws; it does not cover physical damage, liquid ingress, or misuse.
6. User Conduct & intellectual Property
- All content, graphics, logos, and product text on SmartChoicea are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized site access, or misuse of customer support channels will result in immediate account termination or order cancellation.
